Terms of Service
Effective 4 October 2026 · Last updated 4 October 2026
Draft: business details still to be added (proprietor's legal name, registered business address, city for courts' jurisdiction, Grievance Officer's name, confirmed domain and email addresses).
In short. QYNION gives you intelligence about AI companies and models. It is information, not investment advice. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your account, and the first payment of a plan is refundable for 7 days. Don't resell our data or share your keys. Indian law governs these terms, but you keep any rights your own country's consumer law gives you.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Qynion (sole proprietorship; proprietor's name to be added), based in India ("QYNION", "we", "us"). They cover the QYNION website, dashboard, API, SDK, emails, alerts, webhooks and paid plans (together, the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms.
By creating an account, using an API key, or buying a plan, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" includes that organisation.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace and API keys. Keep keys secret: anyone holding one can use your quota. Tell us at support@qynion.ai if you believe a key or account is compromised; you can revoke keys yourself at any time.
- Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they grant.
3. Plans, prices and automatic renewal
- Prices. Plans and prices are listed on the Plans page, in USD. Enterprise terms are agreed in writing and prevail over these Terms where they differ.
- Automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance every month and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect for you; you can cancel before it does.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international-transaction fees, which are outside our control.
- Taxes. If we are required to charge GST or another tax, it will be shown before you pay.
- Failed payments. If a renewal cannot be collected, we may retry it and, if it still fails, move your workspace to the Free plan. Your data stays in your account.
- Changing plans. To move to a different paid plan, cancel the current one and choose the new one; only one paid plan is active per account at a time.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in Account → Billing → Cancel plan, or by emailing support@qynion.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy: in short, a full refund of a plan's first payment if you ask within 7 days (14 days for consumers in the EU and UK), and refunds of renewals only where the law requires or we made a billing error.
5. How you may use the Service
Within your plan's limits, you may use the Service and its data for:
- your own research and analysis;
- internal decision-making within your organisation (for example, choosing AI vendors);
- quoting individual scores or charts with attribution to "QYNION" and a link to the source page.
You must not, unless we agree in writing:
- resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute QYNION data, scores, ratings or forecasts in bulk;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product, dataset or model;
- scrape or crawl the website, or get around rate limits, quotas or access controls;
- share API keys outside your workspace, or create accounts to multiply free quotas;
- reverse engineer the scoring methodology, or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
- use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to send spam through alerts or webhooks.
We may suspend keys or accounts that break these rules or put the Service at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
6. Our content and yours
The Service, including its scores, ratings, signals, forecasts, methodology, software and design, belongs to QYNION and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it as described above; no other rights pass to you.
Some data comes from third parties and remains theirs; where they require credit, we show it, and you must keep it when you quote that data. You own what you put into the Service (such as saved stacks, watchlists, alert settings and webhook addresses) and let us use it only to provide the Service to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
7. Not financial or professional advice
QYNION scores, ratings, signals, forecasts, valuations and market odds are automated estimates built from public and licensed data. They can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and past movements do not predict future ones. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, tax or professional advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security. Prediction-market odds shown in the Service are prices set by third-party traders, not our forecasts. Make your own decisions and, where appropriate, take professional advice.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, and publish its live status on the Status page, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free unless an Enterprise agreement says so. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces a paid plan you have already paid for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused part of that period.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as stated in these Terms and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without other warranties, express or implied.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in those 12 months and US$100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
10. Your responsibility to us
If you use the Service for business, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others arising out of your breach of section 5 or your unlawful use of the Service.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by writing to support@qynion.ai. We may end or suspend your access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, or where the law requires it. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10 and 13 continue after the agreement ends. What happens to your data afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service before they apply to you; the date above shows the current version. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact our Grievance Officer (see Contact) so we can try to resolve the issue; we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
Subject to the next paragraph, the courts at [city to be added], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts, consumer commissions or dispute-resolution bodies where you live, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or your US state). EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
14. General
- If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Not enforcing a right straight away does not waive it.
- You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor of the business.
- Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any Enterprise agreement are the whole agreement about the Service. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
15. Contact
